Coach Thack
I'm a qualified Muay Thai instructor with 24 years of experience, and I'm ring tested. I've trained in gyms across Canada and in Thailand, fought as an amateur, and performed in more demonstrations than I can count.
I teach a solid base first, focused on the eight limbs: fists, elbows, knees and shins. From there, you advance and grow into the practitioner you want to be, at your own pace.

Built for everyone.
Beginners, practitioners and fighters train on the same floor. Everyone is matched with partners at their skill level, and everyone looks out for each other.
Fitness and conditioning
Every class builds real strength, cardio and mobility. You'll get fitter whether or not you ever step in a ring.
Mindset and discipline
Show up, work hard, stay composed under pressure. The habits you build here carry into the rest of your life.
Awareness of your partners
You learn to train with control and respect, and to take care of the person across from you.
Matched by skill level
Partners are paired by experience and size, so beginners progress safely and experienced students are still challenged.
Building people up
Everyone here helps the next person get better. New students are welcomed, not tested.
Team and performance
You train as part of a team and push each other toward your best, whatever your goal.

Humblebut powerful.
How you progress
Everyone builds the same Thai base. Intermediate is a complete Muay Thai education. Advanced is for those who want to keep going.
Foundation
Stance, footwork, and clean mechanics on every basic weapon: punches, teeps, roundhouse kicks, knees and checks.
Intermediate
All eight limbs in combination, clinch work, counters, and light technical sparring with control.
A complete foundation in Muay Thai.
Advanced
Develop the style that works best for you as a practitioner, whether that's technician, knee fighter, kicker or puncher. Always growing, always learning.
Self-defence track
Opens after Foundation. Muay Thai adapted for the street: awareness, de-escalation, creating space and getting away safely.
